Most people start on the phone and open the web app when they plan their week at a computer. Your tasks, streak and coach are the same everywhere.
How do I get started?
- Install the app — or open app.yez3.com in your browser.
- Answer a short quiz — your goal and what usually gets in the way. Your coach uses the answers to build your first plan.
- Set today's Minimum — one small step you'll do no matter what. Done is done.
Can I try it without an account?
Yes, in the mobile app. Tap "Start as a guest" and you're in. When you want to keep your progress — or use Yez3 on another device — add your email in Settings. The app will suggest it later, not on your first day.
The web app needs an account. Sign in with the same email to see your tasks from the phone.
How much does Yez3 cost?
Yez3 is a subscription with a free trial for new subscribers. The price depends on your country and is shown in the App Store or Google Play before you pay. Subscriptions are managed in your App Store or Google Play account — cancel there any time, and if you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged.

Download questions
Can I use Yez3 on an iPad or a computer?
On iPad, install the iPhone app from the App Store. On a Mac or any other computer, use the web app at app.yez3.com — it has the same plans, coach and history as the phone app.
Will my tasks sync between my phone and the web?
Yes, once you have an account. Sign in with the same email on every device and your tasks, streak and coach memory are the same everywhere. A guest account lives on one phone until you add your email.
I changed phones. How do I keep my progress?
If you added your email, install Yez3 on the new phone and sign in — everything is there. If you used the app as a guest, add your email in Settings on the old phone first, then sign in on the new one.
Do I need to create an account to use Yez3?
Not in the mobile app: you can start as a guest and add your email later to save your progress. The web app needs an account, because there is no device to keep a guest account on.
