What is the Yez3 AI coach?
The Yez3 AI coach is a personal accountability coach built into your daily planner. It sees your goal and your tasks, adds and moves them right in the chat, breaks stuck tasks into small first steps and asks for a specific time when you say "later". It messages you first when a key task is still open and remembers your recurring blockers.
How is the Yez3 coach different from a regular AI chatbot?
A chatbot answers when you ask. It doesn't know your plan, forgets your goals and never checks on you. The Yez3 coach lives inside your planner: it sees what you planned, what you did and what keeps getting postponed — and acts on it.

What can the Yez3 coach do for you?
Helps you start
If a task isn't moving, the coach helps you find out why. Maybe something is in the way. Maybe it just needs to be cut into smaller pieces. If something big hasn't moved for days, the coach suggests putting one small piece of it on your Minimum.
- Coach: "Write the business plan" has been waiting for 7 days. What's making it hard?
- You: It's huge. I don't know where to start.
- Coach: Then don't start with the plan. Start with one page: "Who are my customers?" 20 minutes on tomorrow's Minimum?
Turns "later" into a time
Say "later", "tomorrow" or "this weekend" about something important, and the coach asks: when exactly, what time, how many minutes? A vague intention becomes an appointment.
- You: I'll do the tax forms tomorrow.
- Coach: What time tomorrow, and for how long?
- You: 7 pm, an hour.
- Coach: Done. "Tax forms, 1 hour" is on tomorrow's Minimum at 7 pm.
Plans with you
Mention something you need to do, and the coach puts it in the right plan and marks it critical or routine. If it's not obvious, it asks. When unsorted tasks pile up, it helps you sort them into Minimum, 100% and Maximum. No need to switch screens — it adds, moves, closes, skips and deletes tasks right in the chat.
- You: Need to call the dentist, finish the slides for Friday and buy cat food.
- Coach: Slides go to critical Minimum — they're for your promotion goal. Dentist and cat food go to routine. Want the slides at 10 am?
Keeps Minimum first
No Minimum for today? That's the first thing the coach helps you fix. Everything crammed into Minimum, or Minimum left empty? It explains the system in two or three sentences — using your own tasks, not a lecture.
Notices patterns
If the same blocker comes up three times or more — "too tired after work", "no time in the morning" — the coach remembers it and talks about it directly. Not to blame you, but to plan around it.
- Coach: This is the third time "too tired after work" has stopped your workout. Want to try mornings for a week — 10 minutes before breakfast?
Celebrates for real
Close your Minimum, and the coach says so first — by the task's name, with your streak. No "but your 100% is still open". A win is a win.
- Coach: Minimum closed — "Walk 10 minutes" done. That's day 12 in a row 🔥
Doesn't nag about routine
The coach focuses on what moves your goal. It doesn't ask about groceries or emails, and doesn't suggest routine tasks on its own.
When does the coach message you first?
Most apps wait for you to come back. By then, the day is often gone. The Yez3 coach writes first — but only when it matters.
- A key task is still open near the end of your day.
- Unsorted tasks are piling up and need a plan.
- A task has been waiting for more than 5 days.
On your schedule
- Quiet hours. You choose when the coach may write first — 09:00–23:00 by default.
- Days off. Pick the days when the coach leaves you alone.
- Your active day. Set when your day is active. Near the end of it, the coach stops suggesting new tasks for today and switches to the evening review.
What happens at the end of the day?
In the evening, the conversation turns to results. The coach helps you see what got done, decide what to do with what didn't and plan tomorrow — starting with tomorrow's Minimum.
- Coach: Today: Minimum closed, 2 of 4 tasks from 100%. "Email the landlord" didn't happen — move it to tomorrow?
- You: Yes, morning.
- Coach: Done, 9 am. What's tomorrow's Minimum?
Can I choose how the coach talks to me?
Yes. Pick the tone that works for you, and switch anytime.
| Tough | Gentle | |
|---|---|---|
| Style | Asks for specifics, holds you to your word | Supports without pressure |
| You say: "Skipped my run again." | "That's the third time this week. What exactly got in the way, and what's the plan for tomorrow — time and minutes?" | "That happens. Want to make tomorrow easier — just 5 minutes, right after you wake up?" |
| Good for | People who want a push | People who've been too hard on themselves |
What does the coach remember about me?
The coach builds a picture of you over time, so you don't have to explain yourself every day. Everything it remembers is on the Coach memory screen — you can edit or delete any of it.
- Long-term goals — what you're working toward.
- Recurring blockers — what usually gets in your way.
- Values and motivators — why it matters to you.
- Communication style — how you like to be talked to.
- Coach's notes — what it noticed along the way.
The coach can also search your past conversations and daily summaries — so "like last month" actually means something.
Is what I tell the coach private?
You tell your coach about your goals and your life. That's why privacy is part of the product, not an afterthought.
- You control the memory. See, edit or delete anything the coach remembers.
- No ads, no tracking. Yez3 shows no ads and doesn't follow you across other apps or sites.
- Not for sale. We don't sell your data — not to advertisers, not to anyone.
- Leave anytime. Delete your account right in Settings. Download all your data from the web app.
What the coach is not
The coach is here to help you plan, start and keep going. It's not a replacement for professionals.
- Not a therapist. If you're going through something serious, talk to a licensed professional. If you're in crisis in the US, call or text 988.
- Not a doctor or a financial advisor. For health or money decisions, ask a specialist.
- Can make mistakes. Like any AI, the coach can get things wrong. You always see your plan and decide what stays in it.
How do I start talking to the coach?
- Take the short quiz. The coach uses your answers to build your first task board and write its first message.
- Tell it what's on your mind. Type or hold the mic and talk.
- Close your Minimum. The coach checks in, helps when you're stuck and celebrates your wins.

Frequently asked questions
What is an AI accountability coach?
An AI accountability coach helps you do what you said you'd do. The Yez3 coach knows your goal, sees your daily plan, checks in when a key task is still open, asks for a specific time when you say "later" and helps you restart after a slip — like an accountability partner who's always available.
Can't I just use ChatGPT or another chatbot as my coach?
A general chatbot doesn't see your daily plan, can't move your tasks and doesn't know that your key task is still open tonight. The Yez3 coach sees your actual plan, can add or move tasks in the chat, remembers your goals and recurring blockers, and messages you first when something important is slipping.
Will the coach message me too often?
No. It writes first only in three cases: a key task is still open near the end of your day, unsorted tasks are piling up, or a task has been waiting for more than 5 days. You choose the hours when it may write and your days off.
Can the coach change my tasks without asking?
The coach works with your plan in the chat — when you talk about tasks, it can add, move or close them. Everything it does is visible on your Today screen, and you can change or undo any of it yourself.
Can I delete what the coach remembers about me?
Yes. Open the Coach memory screen to see your goals, blockers, values, motivators, communication style and the coach's notes. Edit or delete anything. You can also delete your whole account right in Settings.
Does the coach speak my language?
The Yez3 interface is available in 22 languages, and you can talk to the coach in your own language — by text or by voice.
Is the coach a real person?
No. It's an AI coach built into Yez3. It's available any time of day, remembers your context and works with your plan — but it's not a therapist, doctor or financial advisor.
How much does Yez3 cost?
Yez3 is a subscription with a free trial for new subscribers. The price depends on your country and is shown in the App Store or Google Play before you pay. You can try the mobile app as a guest first — no sign-up — and create an account later to keep your progress.
