The coach is artificial intelligence, not a person. Its replies are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your situation. Check anything important before you act on it. The coach can create, move, complete or delete tasks when you ask — please check the result.

No. Yez3 is not a medical device or a medical service, and it does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Yez3 doesn't create diets or workout programs — it helps you stick to the plan you choose. Talk to your doctor before starting a new diet or exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, take medication or have a health condition. Always follow your doctor's instructions over anything in the app or on this site.

Results vary. How much weight you lose, how fit you get or how your habits change depends on your plan, your body and many factors outside the app. We do not promise any specific result or timeframe.

No. Many people who struggle to start tasks find small first steps, brain dumps and check-ins helpful, but Yez3 is not a medical or psychological treatment and does not replace diagnosis, therapy or medication. Use it alongside the support you already have.

No. Yez3 is a coaching and habit tool, not therapy, couples counseling or crisis support. If your relationship is going through serious difficulties, a licensed therapist can help. If you are experiencing abuse, see "Emergency and crisis help" below.

No. Yez3 does not give personalized financial, investment, tax or legal advice. You choose your goals and amounts; the coach helps you break them into steps and keep going. Yez3 doesn't connect to your bank and can't move your money. For investment, tax, debt or legal decisions, talk to a licensed professional.
