Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your account in Yez3 (app name: Yez3 — Task tracker & AI coach, developer: Anton Bashmakov, an individual based in Thailand) and what happens to your data.

Want a copy first? Open the web version at app.yez3.com → Settings → Download my data. You get a JSON file with your tasks, coach history, summaries and settings. Deletion cannot be undone, so export before you delete.

Delete it in the app

  1. Open Yez3 (Android app, or app.yez3.com in a browser).
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Scroll to Danger zone at the bottom.
  4. Tap Delete account and confirm twice.

This works for guest accounts too — no email or password required.

If you cannot sign in

Write to support@yez3.com from the email address of the account and ask us to delete it. We reply within 30 days and delete the account once we can confirm it is yours. An account created as a guest has no email address, so we cannot identify it from the outside — please delete it from the device where you use the app.

What gets deleted

Everything tied to the account, immediately and permanently:

Scheduled reminders stop at the same moment.

Uninstalling is not deleting

Removing the app from your phone does not delete the account on the server. Delete the account first, then uninstall.
