Yez3

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 17 September 2026

This policy explains what the Yez3 mobile and web app (“Yez3”, “the app”, “we”) does with your data. Yez3 is a task tracker, daily planner and AI coach.

The short version. You can use Yez3 as a guest, without giving us anything. What you write — tasks, goals and messages to the coach — is stored so the app can work, and is sent to AI providers to generate the coach’s replies. We do not show ads, do not track you across other apps or sites, and do not sell your data. You can delete your account, and everything in it, from Settings at any time.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The controller of your data is Anton Bashmakov, an individual based in Thailand, operating under the Yez3 brand. For any privacy question or request, write to support@yez3.com. A postal address can be provided on request to data subjects, supervisory authorities or anyone else with a legitimate need.

2. What we collect

Account

What you create in the app

Voice

When you hold the microphone button, the recording is sent to our server and forwarded to a speech-recognition provider for transcription. The audio is never written to disk or stored in our database — it exists only in memory during the request. Only the resulting text is saved, as your message.

Technical data

Yez3 contains no advertising SDK and no analytics SDK that tracks you across other apps or websites. We do not access your contacts, calendar, photos, files or precise location.

3. Why we use it

For users in the EU and the UK: we process this data to perform our contract with you (running the app), and on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and reliable.

4. Who else processes your data

We use the service providers below. They process data on our instructions, to deliver the app. We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising.

Users in the EU, the EEA and the UK. Some of the AI providers we use process data in China, where data protection rules differ from those in the EU. If we detect that you are in the EU, the EEA or the UK, the app automatically sends your coach messages to a compliant provider instead, and never to a China-based one — this override also applies when a different model is selected in Settings. We determine your region from the IP address of your requests and, failing that, from your device time zone; when we cannot determine it at all, we default to the compliant provider.

International transfers. These providers are located outside your country. The mix of AI providers can change over time as we compare quality, speed and reliability. Where the law requires it, we rely on safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms. For an up-to-date list of sub-processors, write to support@yez3.com.

We may also disclose data if the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

5. Notifications

Reminders and coach pings are delivered as push notifications. The notification text — which can include a task title or the coach’s question — passes through Expo’s push service and Google FCM (Android) or the browser’s push service (web). Turn notifications off in your device settings, or switch reminders off in the app.

6. How long we keep it

7. Your rights

To exercise any of these, write to support@yez3.com. We answer within 30 days.

8. Security

All traffic runs over HTTPS. Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes. Access tokens on your phone are kept in the platform’s secure storage. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a unique password.

9. Children

Yez3 is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, write to us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be announced in the app.

11. Contact

The service is operated by Anton Bashmakov, an individual based in Thailand, under the Yez3 brand. Email support@yez3.com — please mark privacy requests “Privacy Request” so we can route them correctly.
