An AI coach app that knows your plan — and checks in on it

Yez3 is a daily planner with an AI coach inside. The coach sees your goal and your tasks, moves them around right in the chat, and messages you first when something important is slipping.

An AI coach app helps you set goals, plan your days and follow through, with an AI that talks things over with you. Yez3's coach is built into the planner itself: it knows your main goal, sees today's Minimum, 100% and Maximum plans, edits tasks in the chat, writes first when a key task is still open and remembers your recurring blockers.

What is an AI coach app?

An AI coach app is a self-improvement app where an AI helps you decide what to do, start, and keep going. The useful ones do more than answer questions: they know your goals, see what you planned and notice when things stall. That context is the difference between advice and coaching.

What does the Yez3 AI coach do day to day?

Plans with you. Say "need to call the dentist, finish the slides, buy cat food" — the coach puts each task in the right plan and marks what's critical.

Keeps the Minimum first. No Minimum today? That's the first thing it helps you set.

Breaks stuck tasks down. A task waiting for 7 days becomes one 20-minute first step on tomorrow's Minimum.

Turns "later" into a time. "Tomorrow" becomes "7 pm, one hour" — and it's on the plan.

Writes first, but rarely. Only when a key task is still open near the end of your day, unsorted tasks pile up, or a task has waited more than 5 days.

Runs the evening review. What got done, what moves to tomorrow, what tomorrow's Minimum is.

Notices patterns. The third "too tired after work" gets a direct conversation and a new plan.

What does a day with an AI coach look like?

Time You Coach
8:30 "Today: report, gym, call mom." Report → critical Minimum, gym → 100%, call → routine. "Report at 10?"
10:00 Start a 25-minute focus session —
18:40 — "Your Minimum is still open: one paragraph of the report. Now, or smaller?"
19:10 "Done." "Minimum closed — day 9 in a row 🔥"
21:30 Evening review "Gym didn't happen. Tomorrow 7 am, 20 minutes?"

Can I choose how strict the coach is?

Yes. The tough tone asks for specifics and holds you to your word. The gentle tone supports without pressure — useful if you've been too hard on yourself. Switch anytime in Settings. You also choose the hours when the coach may write first (09:00–23:00 by default) and your days off.

What does the AI coach remember, and can I control it?

The coach remembers your long-term goals, recurring blockers, values and motivators, how you like to be talked to and its own notes. Everything is on the Coach memory screen, where you can edit or delete any item. Yez3 shows no ads, doesn't sell your data and lets you delete your account in Settings.

Who is an AI coach app for?

  • People who plan well and stall by Wednesday. The coach notices and helps restart.
  • People without a coach or accountability partner — or who can't afford weekly sessions.
  • People with ADHD or task paralysis who start more easily with small steps and a check-in. Yez3 is a planning tool, not a treatment.
  • Anyone with one goal that needs daily action: health, money, a side project, relationships, a skill.

What can't an AI coach do?

It can't replace a therapist, doctor or financial adviser, and it can make mistakes like any AI. It works best for planning, starting and keeping going — not for crises, diagnosis or money decisions. You always see your plan and decide what stays in it.

AI coach app FAQ

What is the best AI coach app?

It depends on what you want coached. For reflection and mood, journaling apps fit. For questions and drafts, a general chatbot works. If you want help doing what you planned every day, look for a coach that sees your tasks and checks in. That's what Yez3 is built for.

Is an AI coach app worth it?

It's worth it if you already know what you want to do but struggle to follow through. A coach that sees your plan and checks in when something slips adds accountability most planners don't have. It's less useful if you mainly want long conversations about feelings — a therapist or journaling app fits better.

Can an AI coach replace a human coach?

For daily follow-through, it can do a lot: it's available any time, knows your plan and never forgets to check in. A human coach is better for deep career or life decisions, nuance and real-world experience. Many people use an AI coach daily and a human one occasionally.

How much does Yez3 cost?

Yez3 is a subscription with a free trial for new subscribers. The price depends on your country and is shown in the App Store or Google Play before you pay. You can start the mobile app as a guest, without signing up.

Is my conversation with the coach private?
Which languages does the coach speak?

The Yez3 interface is available in 22 languages, and you can talk to the coach in your own language, by text or by voice.
