How does the Yez3 brain dump work?
- Dump. On the Tasks screen, type or hold the mic and talk — as messy as you like.
- Get tasks. Yez3 splits what you said into separate tasks in an Unsorted list. No dates, no plans yet: collecting and planning are separate steps.
- Sort with your coach. Tap "Sort tasks with coach". The coach suggests what goes on today, into which plan, and what's critical.
- Start with the Minimum. One or two critical tasks you'll do no matter what.
Voice input works anywhere in the app. Brain dump and voice need an internet connection.
Can I make a to-do list by voice?
Yes. Say "need to call the dentist, finish the slides for Friday and buy cat food" and Yez3 creates three tasks. Talk to the coach the same way — "move the slides to tomorrow at 10" — and it updates your plan in the chat. Voice works in your own language; the interface is available in 22 languages.

They wait in an Unsorted list without dates. When you're ready, tap "Sort tasks with coach" and the coach helps you decide what goes on today, in which plan, and what's critical. The rest can stay for later.
Does the brain dump work offline?
Typing tasks works offline in the mobile app, and they sync later. Voice input, brain dump processing and the AI coach need an internet connection.
Is Yez3 free?
Yez3 is a subscription with a free trial for new subscribers. The price depends on your country and is shown in the App Store or Google Play before you pay. You can start the mobile app as a guest.
