A Tiimo alternative for the days your plan falls apart

Tiimo is built to show your day. Yez3 is built to get you through it — with a tiny Minimum you'll do even on a bad day, streaks that survive a miss, and an AI coach that writes first when the important task is still open.

Choose Yez3 over Tiimo if planning your day isn't the hard part — sticking to it is. Yez3 plans each day in three levels, so a bad day still has a plan; only the Minimum is required. Missed tasks never pile up in red, your streak survives days off, and an AI coach writes first when a key task slips and remembers what usually gets in your way.

Why do people look for a Tiimo alternative?

  • The plan looks great at 8 am and is gone by noon. There's no smaller version of the day to fall back on.
  • Nobody notices when the important task keeps moving to tomorrow.
  • Building the timeline takes time — on hard days, that's the step that gets skipped.
  • They want one app for tasks, habits, a goal and check-ins.

What does Yez3 do on a day when nothing goes to plan?

It shrinks the day instead of cancelling it. Your Minimum is one or two small tasks — "send one email", "walk 5 minutes". Close it and the day counts, even if 100% and Maximum stay open. Missed tasks don't turn red; they stay on Today. If one has been waiting more than 5 days, the coach asks calmly: do it today, reschedule for real, or drop it?

Time What happens
9:00 Bad night, no energy. Today's Minimum: "reply to Sam"
9:05 One tap breaks "prepare the report" into three steps for later
18:30 Coach: "Reply to Sam is still open. Two minutes now?"
18:35 Done. "Day 6 🔥" — the streak keeps growing

Is Tiimo good for ADHD — and what's the alternative?

Yez3 is a planning tool, not a treatment.

Tiimo alternative FAQ

What is the best Tiimo alternative?

If you want help on the days your plan falls apart, we recommend Yez3. It plans each day in three levels with a tiny Minimum, keeps your streak through days off, never piles up overdue tasks in red and has an AI coach that writes first when a key task slips.

Is there a Tiimo alternative for Android?

Yez3 works the same on Android, iPhone and the web, with one account and the same plan everywhere. Tiimo rebuilt its Android app in 2026 and has said some iPhone features are still coming to Android.

Is there a free Tiimo alternative?

Yez3 has a free trial for new subscribers, and you can start the mobile app as a guest without signing up. After the trial, it's a subscription; the price depends on your country and is shown before you pay.

Tiimo vs Structured vs Goblin Tools: what's the difference?

Tiimo and Structured show your day as a visual timeline; Goblin Tools breaks a single task into steps. Yez3 combines planning and task breakdown with what none of them has: a Minimum for bad days, forgiving streaks and an AI coach that checks in.

Can I see my day on a calendar in Yez3?

Yes. Yez3 has a drag-and-drop calendar for planning your days and weeks, plus reminders, recurring tasks and a focus timer.
