Choose Yez3 over Structured if building the plan isn't the hard part — sticking to it is. Yez3 plans each day in three levels so a bad day still has a plan; only the Minimum is required. Missed tasks never pile up in red, your streak survives days off, and an AI coach writes first when a key task slips and remembers what usually gets in your way.
Why do people look for a Structured alternative?
- The timeline is perfect at 8 am and off by 11. There's no smaller version of the day to fall back on.
- Nobody notices when the important task keeps moving.
- They want habits and goals in the same place as tasks, with streaks that forgive a miss.
- They want check-ins — someone who asks "what's in the way?"

What does Yez3 do when the day goes off plan?
It shrinks the day instead of cancelling it. Your Minimum is one or two small tasks — "send one email", "walk 5 minutes". Close it and the day counts, even if 100% and Maximum stay open. Missed tasks don't turn red; they stay on Today. If one has been waiting more than 5 days, the coach asks calmly: do it today, reschedule for real, or drop it?
| Time | What happens |
|---|---|
| 9:00 | Bad night. Today's Minimum: "reply to the landlord" |
| 11:00 | A call eats the morning. You drag 100% tasks to tomorrow in the calendar |
| 18:30 | Coach: "Reply to the landlord is still open. Two minutes now?" |
| 18:35 | Done. The day counts, the streak grows |
